18 year old Blake Bjorkland of Isanti, Minnesota became the first Minnesota Late Model driver in a primarly Wisconsin driver dominated series to win a Feature event!

I've watched Blake race for a few years and remember his first night in the TQ division, which was very scary when he barrel-rolled down the back stretch of I-94 Raceway. I was there for his first Feature win at the Fergus Falls Raceway and his first feature win at the I-94 Raceway. This young man is quite the driver and is always improving. It feels good as the unofficial track photographer to have taken pictures of all of these events. That's why I do it: to see that smile and the joy of a driver's first win. Congratulations, Blake, on a great win!
