The owner and president of LJH, INC., Leonard (Joe) Huotari, has worked in electrical construction since 1977. His experience ranges from fieldwork to project bidding and then onto personnel management for crews up to 46 electricians and finally to company ownership.

After starting LJH, INC. in March, 2000, he surpassed his goal for the first year of business by generating 1.3 million dollars in sales.

Continuing education in the field is important to Mr. Huotari. He has recently completed classes in Auto-CAD at St. Cloud Technical College and seminars in Construction Law & Financing.
